Churchwell Lofts at East Bay is a 21-unit loft development in a 45,000 square foot building built just after the great fire of 1901. Located along historic East Bay Street, which is home to Downtown Jacksonville's newest entertainment district, this development features a total restoration of one of the most classic examples of 20th century commercial architectural design. The original pressed metal ceilings, approximately 15 feet in height, combined with the original refinished heart pine floors and massive post and beam construction make this venue the most unique in Northwest Florida.

Churchwell Lofts enhances the beauty of the historic past by marrying all the conveniences of modern, state of the art amenities in each unit. A rooftop terrance, summer kitchen, arbor and observation patio with views of the St. Johns River and the city's skyline are just a few of the features which will be enjoyed in this fascinating urban setting. One, two, and three bedroom lofts fill the top three floors. The first floor is designated for high end retail and/ or entertainment development. The exterior features the completely restored storefront with romantic handmade "French Quarter" gas lamps.

No other location captures the romance of Jacksonville's wonderful history while fulfilling the desires of those wanting the ultimate experience of Downtown living. Project completion is expected in the second quarter of 2008.
